These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MOGAXIOM browser extension (the "Extension") and the website located at https://mogaxiom.com (the "Website", and together with the Extension, the "Services") operated by MOGAXIOM ("MOGAXIOM", "we", "us", or "our").

By installing the Extension or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install the Extension or use the Website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of the Services

MOGAXIOM is a third-party productivity toolkit that adds quality-of-life features (such as wallet groups, configurable hotkeys, domain age checks, coin description previews, and similar UI enhancements) to the Axiom Trade web application located at https://axiom.trade.

MOGAXIOM is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Axiom Trade, Pump.fun, Raydium, Cloudinary, Coin Communities, Solana, or any token, project, or platform with which the Extension interoperates. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

3. Not financial advice

The Services are provided for informational and productivity purposes only. Nothing displayed in, fetched by, or produced by the Services constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, or other professional advice.

Cryptocurrency and digital-asset trading is highly speculative and involves substantial risk, including the total loss of funds. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, for verifying any information surfaced by the Services against authoritative sources, and for complying with the laws applicable to you. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. No custody, no keys

MOGAXIOM is a non-custodial productivity tool. We do not:

  • hold, access, or control your funds;
  • request, store, or transmit your seed phrase, private keys, mnemonic, or any signing material;
  • place trades or sign transactions on your behalf;
  • act as a broker, dealer, exchange, money transmitter, or virtual-asset service provider.

All on-chain actions you take while using axiom.trade or any other site are executed by you through the underlying platform and your own wallet. You retain full and exclusive control of your funds at all times.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  1. Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including securities, anti-money-laundering, sanctions, and tax laws.
  2. Use the Services to engage in market manipulation, fraud, wash trading, or any other deceptive or abusive trading practice.
  3. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Extension, except to the extent that applicable law expressly prohibits this restriction.
  4. Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Extension as your own product.
  5. Use the Services to scrape, overload, or interfere with any third-party platform (including axiom.trade) in a manner that violates that platform's terms of service.
  6. Use the Services on behalf of any person or entity subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by OFAC, the EU, the UK, or the UN, or in any jurisdiction where use of the Services would be illegal.
  7. Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security or rate-limiting mechanism of the Services or of any third-party platform the Extension interacts with.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any actual or suspected violation of these Terms.

6. Third-party platforms

The Extension interacts with third-party platforms (including Axiom Trade, Pump.fun, Raydium, Coin Communities, Cloudinary, and Vercel) by sending requests from your browser to their public endpoints. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or content of any third-party platform, nor for any loss arising from your use of those platforms.

Use of the Extension may violate the terms of service of Axiom Trade or of other platforms. You are solely responsible for checking and complying with such terms before installing or using the Extension.

7. Intellectual property

The Extension, the Website, and all associated content (other than third-party content) are owned by MOGAXIOM and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Extension on browsers you control, solely for your own personal use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You may not use the "MOGAXIOM" name, logo, or other brand features without our prior written permission.

8. User content

The Extension may let you create or upload limited content (for example, AI banner images generated through the AI banner feature, or wallet group labels). You retain ownership of any content you create. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display such content solely to operate the relevant feature for you. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not violate any law or third-party right.

9. Updates

We may release updates to the Extension and to the Website at any time. Updates may add, modify, or remove features. We are not obligated to provide any specific feature or to maintain backward compatibility, and we may discontinue the Services in whole or in part at any time without liability.

10. No fees

The Services are currently provided to you free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, in which case any such fees, and the terms governing them, will be disclosed before you are charged.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We expressly disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and quiet enjoyment.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any information surfaced by the Services is accurate or complete.

You assume all risk associated with your use of the Services and with any trading or on-chain activity you conduct while using them.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will MOGAXIOM or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, goodwill, or digital assets, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the theory of liability.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to MOGAXIOM in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or (b) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MOGAXIOM and its officers, contributors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • your use of the Services;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your violation of any applicable law; or
  • your violation of any third-party right, including any third-party platform's terms of service.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the Extension and ceasing to visit the Website. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 3, 4, 7, 11, 12, 13, 15, and 16) will survive.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by law, you and MOGAXIOM agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Italy. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.

17. Miscellaneous

These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and MOGAXIOM regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may freely assign them. There are no third-party beneficiaries to these Terms.
