This Privacy Policy describes how MOGAXIOM ("MOGAXIOM", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the MOGAXIOM browser extension (the "Extension") and the website located at https://mogaxiom.com (the "Website", and together with the Extension, the "Services").

By installing the Extension or using the Website you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension and do not use the Website.

1. Who we are

MOGAXIOM is an independent productivity tool for users of the Axiom Trade web application (https://axiom.trade). MOGAXIOM is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Axiom Trade, Pump.fun, Raydium, Cloudinary, Coin Communities, or any other third-party platform with which the Extension interoperates.

2. Summary (plain-English overview)

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not operate ad networks or analytics that profile you personally.
• We do not collect your wallet seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or authentication tokens.
• Almost everything the Extension does happens locally in your browser. Your settings live in your browser's local storage.
• The only cookie we set is on our own domain (mogaxiom.com) and is used to let you carry your local preferences across a reinstall of the Extension.
• When the Extension talks to third-party APIs (Axiom Trade, Pump.fun, Raydium, Cloudinary, Coin Communities) it does so on your behalf to fetch public token / market data. Those third parties have their own privacy policies.

3. Information we process

3.1 Information stored locally in your browser

We store the following on your device only, via the browser's chrome.storage API:

• Which Extension features and sub-features you have enabled or disabled.
• Your hotkey bindings.
• Your wallet group configurations (labels and the public wallet addresses you choose to group together).
• Optional UI preferences (theme, layout, etc.).

This data never leaves your browser unless you explicitly trigger an action that requires sending it (for example, the optional preference-sync described in section 3.3).

3.2 Information processed transiently to render features

While you browse https://axiom.trade, the Extension's content script reads page context (such as the token / market currently displayed) in order to render features like the coin description hover, the community-link indicator, and the domain age check. This information is processed in-memory and is not transmitted to MOGAXIOM servers.

3.3 The mogaxiom.com preferences cookie (optional)

If you visit https://mogaxiom.com, we may set a first-party cookie containing a non-personally-identifying identifier that lets the Extension restore your local preferences after a reinstall. This cookie:

• Is only readable on the mogaxiom.com domain.
• Does not contain your name, email, IP, or wallet data.
• Can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.

3.4 Information you send to third-party APIs through the Extension

The Extension makes direct requests from your browser to the following endpoints to fetch publicly available data needed to render features:

These requests originate from your browser, not from a MOGAXIOM-controlled server. Each third party is the data controller for any information it receives and is governed by its own privacy policy.

3.5 Information we do NOT collect

The Extension does not access, collect, or transmit:

• Wallet seed phrases, private keys, or signing material.
• Passwords, authentication tokens, or session cookies for third-party sites.
• Browsing history outside of axiom.trade.
• Keystrokes, mouse movements, or screen recordings.
• Personally identifying information about you.
• Financial or payment information.

4. How we use information

We use the limited information described above only to:

• Provide and operate the features of the Extension you have enabled.
• Restore your local preferences after a reinstall (only if you visit mogaxiom.com and the preference cookie is set).
• Diagnose and fix bugs that you report to us.
• Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.

We do not use any information for advertising, behavioral profiling, credit-scoring, or sale to third parties.

5. Legal bases (GDPR / UK GDPR users)

Where the EU / UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are:

• Performance of a contract / pre-contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to provide the Extension and Website features you request.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to maintain, secure, and improve the Services, where not overridden by your rights.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for any optional cookies that are not strictly necessary.

6. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell or rent your information. We may disclose information only:

• To service providers strictly necessary to run our website (e.g. hosting provider for mogaxiom.com), under confidentiality obligations.
• To comply with a valid legal obligation, court order, or lawful government request.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, in which case continued use will be governed by the successor's privacy policy.

7. Third-party services

The Extension interoperates with third-party platforms by making requests from your browser to their public endpoints. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies, including:

8. Data retention

• Local browser data persists until you uninstall the Extension, clear your browser storage, or remove it via the Extension's settings.
• The mogaxiom.com preferences cookie persists for up to twelve (12) months unless you clear it sooner.
• We do not maintain server-side accounts for Extension users.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by the Services, including serving the Website over HTTPS, limiting host permissions inside the Extension to the strictly necessary domains, and shipping no remote/eval-style code execution. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA / CPRA, or other privacy legislation, including the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you (if any).
• Request correction or deletion.
• Object to or restrict processing.
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Because the Extension is designed to store data locally in your browser, you can exercise most of these rights yourself by clearing the Extension's local storage, removing the mogaxiom.com cookie, or uninstalling the Extension. For any additional request, contact us at info@mogaxiom.com.

We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA / CPRA.

11. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. International transfers

The Website is hosted on infrastructure that may be located outside your country of residence. By using the Services, you acknowledge that information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions whose data-protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by an in-Extension notice. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
